Service - Tech Listings

This section allows you to manage your technicians. To update a technician's information, simply "double-click" on the  item of information you wish to change and the technician's record is displayed. To add a new technician, click on the "New Tech" button. Only technicians listed in this window can be assigned calls.

Click on any field to open an Update Window. Click this button to add a new service technician.
