Service - Customer Listing

Clicking the "Customer Listing" button will provide you a listing of all customers within your assigned territory.

 

After you click the "Customer Listing" button, you will be asked to Open, Save, or Cancel the activity. If you click Open, you will be able to view all your customers. Your customer list will look like the listing below, and will show you the type of spa they own, the serial, their name, address, and telephone number, the initial date they registered their spa, and their email address.

If you click Save, you will be prompted for a location on your local computer to save this file. Please be aware that if you save the file to your local computer, it will no longer be dynamically updated by the website or your staff using the many Customer Service features.

If you click Cancel, your Customer Lookup will be cancelled and you will be returned to the previous screen.

If your Customer Listing changes in any way, you will see this window asking you if you want to save the changes to your customers. You should click No, and enter the customer file updates through the appropriate section of this website so your updates will be available to your staff and all Customer Service functions in the future.

If you click Yes, you will be prompted to save the file to a location on your local computer to save this file. Please be aware that if you save the file to your local computer, it will no longer be dynamically updated by the website or your staff using the many Customer Service features.
